The Motivation
It was time for this classic public course on Long Island to step things up. They had been continually improving their practice area, and now it was time to replace their old mats and expand their range area with a continuous tee line. With aesthetics, durability and price in mind, they compared options and ultimately decided on installing one of Fiberbuilt's new VeroTurf Series Tee Lines. After resurfacing and extending their range pad, they put in the new 321' wide tee line, built on a modular rubber base with turf sections that define 10' stalls for ideal separation among players. It also provides 4' of fringe turf to border the hitting area and allow users to place their bags on it. The result is a long-lasting hitting surface that looks great and feels awesome.
