The Motivation
A golf industry mainstay, Shadowridge Golf Club in San Diego, California, is full of serious players who demand the best in their practice environment. The club was looking to replace its artificial turf tee line with a new one that offered a clean aesthetic to blend into the beautiful grounds, as well as exceptional drainage to address some of the issues they were having with water retention. As part of the network of Invited Clubs, they had built-in trust for Fiberbuilt Golf tee lines, and the new VeroTurf Series Tee Line fit in perfectly with their goals. Mike Mendoza, the club's head golf professional, loved the look of the VeroTurf Tee Line and also preferred its hitting surface, which not only delivers incredible performance, but also allows for inserting real tees. And with built-in drainage holes and seams in the modular rubber base, this was an ideal solution. The players love the look and feel of the new hitting surface.
