      Great hitting mat, great base that keeps it in place. A few caveats: does lose a bit of grass, and it’s a bit tight if you want to hit driver (I have 4x4). Compared to strips that I have before, it is soft (though it helped me improve my strike).

      The mat hits better than my local range mats. I got it for chipping in the backyard up to 25 yards and the response is great. A fat shot feels chunky and the ball flight reflects the miss. Doesn't hide mistakes like a lot of mats do.
