The Story
Scott A. wanted to create a unique simulator room in his home that fit into a sunken area with unique dimensions. He worked with Jeff Jones of Jones Homes Group to design and build out a first class experience. They agreed on using a Foresight Sports Falcon overhead launch monitor, and they wanted a premium golf mat to accommodate it. The goal was to allow for both hitting and putting and have the surface extend to the edges of the room. They knew that Fiberbuilt Golf's Player Preferred Series Combo Mats would address their needs and they worked with our design experts to configure a wall-to-wall mat that would accommodate their overhead launch monitor technology. Two hitting panels would float in the mat to pick up the ball and club zones for both right- and left-handed players, fitting into a customized 13' x 16' mat that would be custom cut to accommodate their stairs as well. The result is an amazing look with the best launch monitor metrics available and full capability to hit with every club in the bag.
